Audiospace supports the protection of intellectual property and requires our users to do the same. We expeditiously respond to notices of alleged trademark infringement. Our response to such notices may include removing or disabling access to material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and/or terminating the user’s account, and we will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the use of Audiospace by those who repeatedly infringe others' trademarks. Audiospace also reserves the right to terminate any user at any time for infringement that it believes to be willful or egregious.

Please note that you could be liable for damages (including costs and attorney's fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing your trademark(s). Repeat Infringers
Audiospace will, in appropriate circumstances, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
